The backpack has adjustable straps on each side, so that you can adjust the straps to your height. Alternately there is a fabric carry handle.

The reflective fabric on this daypack has a reflective index of 250 and this is interspersed with black colour blocks. There is additional reflective piping on the outside to improve your visibility in headlights.
